Lands of America data shows about $563 million in land and rural property for sale in the Hospitality State. This represents about 149,000 acres of land for sale in the state. Of the 92 counties in the state, Porter County had the most land and acreage for sale. The most expensive land listed for sale in Indiana on Lands of America recently was $6 million, while the average price of land and ranches for sale in Indiana was $279,097. There were 1,606 acres of sold land in Indiana recorded in October 2018 through the Lands of America sales program. This reflects an increase in sales activity over data from August 2018. The total value of this sold land and rural real estate was $10 million. Porter County recorded the most land sales recently in the state.
