This is a one percent increase over April in the number of land and property in Indiana for sale. Of the 92 counties in Indiana, Porter County had the most land and farms for sale. There were 677 acres of sold land in Indiana recorded last month through the Lands of America sales program. This reflects a decline in sales activity over data from the previous month. Fountain County saw the most land sales recently in the state. In terms of its size, Indiana is the country's 38th-largest state, covering an area of 36,420 square miles (23 million acres). Wildlife to be found on land for sale in Indiana include turkey, whitetail deer, ducks, geese, dove, and quail. Anglers have their choice of catfish and bass.
