Lands of America data shows $473 million in land and rural real estate for sale for sale in Indiana. This represents 37,829 acres of Indiana land for sale. Of the 92 counties in Indiana, Porter County had the most land and farms for sale. The most expensive property listed for sale in Indiana on Lands of America recently was $6 million, although the median price for land and ranches for sale in Indiana was $207,202. The average price of land and ranches for sale in Indiana was $309,965. There was 642 acres of sold land in Indiana recorded in August 2018 through the Lands of America sales program.
